Latest addition to the Frank and Melissa family

October 21, 2008 7:51 am
Aden Garrett Welch
7 lbs
18.5 inches
Well, my youngest son has arrived and is healthy. He has ten fingers, ten toes, good eyes, good hearing, good response, and a great set of lungs. He is doing what all babies should be doing and that is eating, sleeping, messing his diapers. Melissa is recovering nicely and trying to take it easy with the exception of the every three hours feedings, I would help out with that but our creator did not design this half of the species with that ability. And as for the other three children, they are loving their new little brother though none are willing to help change a diaper yet. Marcus, I believe, can hold Aden almost all day until he falls asleep, or needs to play a video game. Natalie wants to hold him, show him off and brag to everyone about her new little brother. And Bella, well Bella definitely loves her brother but we still have to remind her that he is a real baby and not one of her dolls that she can drag around the house. This is going to be a short blog but with four children in the house I believe I will have plenty of more to come.

So glad you are all home and doing well! Can't wait to come by and see you guys and actually hold that little guy (when we were at the hosp. Marcus was hogging him! LOL Like any good big brother should). Give Melissa and the kids love from us!!
